Welcome to your lesson! We will launch from either Harbor Hotel or by MacMillan pier on the East side of Provincetown Harbor, depending on the conditions. You will meet 1-2 of our friendly instructors and begin with on-land instructions and question-answering for about 10-15 minutes.
You will start by getting a feel for the board on your stomach, before moving up to your knees, then standing, until you feel ready to up the speed and start foiling! An instructor will be guiding you along the way, either on their own board or next to you on our boat.
New riders are often surprised with how quickly they stand! We use our larger, more stable boards, often with an inflatable attached to make it extra safe and buoyant for the first lesson. Safety wise, our boards have shrouds over the propulsion for total peace of mind.
We have been running these lessons for 5 years now, but this is our 2nd season in Provincetown! Let's kick off an awesome season. We can't wait to fly with you! :) - Fin + Joey
